Mobile deposits used to work great. Now it just stopped working. We tried to uninstall and reinstall the app on a couple of different devices. Customer support was useless.

Cant see my equity accounts. The app is worthless to me without those.

None of my investment accounts show up in this app making it rather useless. Aside from that the Morgan Stanley Support is laughable. Make sure you have a full battery in your cellphone before calling those jokers.

Very convenient and easy to use.

Really mediocre financial app my other ones are way better. Not a seamless easy display or interface.

Please enhance for larger screen size and add Touch ID.

Still way behind other companys offering. The auto photo feature frequently takes photos that are rejected. Should be an option to turn that feature off or just eliminate it. Needs Touch ID feature.

The app is lacking so many basic features that competitors have. You cant place buy or sell orders through the app, it doesnt support Apple Touch ID, quotes seem to be delayed, no option prices, pricing charts are primitive. There are no portfolio or watchlists.

After first login after download, youre instantly presented a series of security questions without any context or warning. Tapping "quit" locks your account, answering wrong locks your account. No way to go back or opt out, no way to know which person on the account the questions are about. Never seen an app with such a bad login-flow. Dont wanna retry logging in only to have to call customer service again.

Just upgraded the app, but I should say I just downgraded the app! Slow loading, and now forget about seeing your performance other than what its doing today. Seems they took away the ability to see the overall performance of each holding so you dont know how much youre up or down. Between that and the slower speed, theres no reason to log into the app anymore. I can get current prices on any number of apps and sites, so why login? I am open to being wrong on this, but sure seems like its all gone now and they dont want you to see your performance on the iPhone. If anyone disagrees, please post on how to get to the old layout with performance options. Id love to come back and update the rating, but for now, its less than 1 star.

As already mentioned by other user, the new app upgrade is useless. You cannot check the actual performance of your stocks overtime. Only on a daily basis. Useless.

Good but needs an to make us of the Notification issue in iOS for deposits, payments, etc.

Almost perfect. Please add the Touch ID LOGIN.

The app has what should be great feature where you can take a picture of a check to deposit it. Every time I try to use that feature, the app just shuts down.

This app needs Touch ID like Fidelity has.

Please fix this issue immediately. The app is useless as long as I am unable to perform mobile deposits.
